Simply contact us for a free measure and quote, and provide your availabilities. We will contact you within 1-2 business days to confirm a day and timeframe. Once we have collected your specifications, our admin will email you a detailed quote.
Orders totalling $999.99 and under are 100% payable prior or upon delivery. Orders totalling $1000 and over require a 50% deposit upon placement of order and the remaining balance payable upon delivery. We will commence processing your order when we receive your quote acceptance and bank remittance.
Upon accepting your quote, please allow 8-14 business days for manufacturing and installation. Throughout the manufacturing process we will keep you updated with texts to notify you of an approximate delivery day.
We will advise your installation date shortly after you make your deposit/payment. We will call you the afternoon prior to arrange a 2-hour timeframe in which we’ll arrive in for installation.
Shower screen installation can vary from 40 minutes to 2 hours depending on the type of shower screen. All other glass product installations range between 15 to 60 minutes.
All of our products come with 2 years warranty. Extended warranty is also available upon request.
Our services don’t stop after installation. Any issues you may come across, we aim to continue the speedy, quality service throughout every interaction you have with us.
