2 Week Delivery Guarantee
We aim to maintain fast turnaround times so we developed a guarantee stating that you will receive your order in 2 weeks or less or we can give you $200 cold hard cash back.
How to claim:
- If you notice that it has been 2 weeks since placing your order and you haven’t yet received your order, email us with proof of payment which contains the date that you ordered.
- Once approved, we’ll ensure we give you $200 cash with your wardrobe doors delivery.
What does the 2 week delivery guarantee apply to?
- Orders that haven’t been delivered in 2 weeks (14 days) or less.
- Only applies from the date that the full amount or deposit (if order totals over $2000) is made.
What is excluded from the 2-week delivery guarantee?
- If we have been provided the incorrect delivery address.
- Public holidays, meaning this day does not count towards the 2 weeks.
- If we notify you before ordering that delivery times may be longer than 2 weeks (this may be due to high demand or issues with our suppliers, etc.).
- If you, the client, has requested for installation to be scheduled/rescheduled to a date which falls outside the 2-weeks from ordering.
30-Day Money Back Quality Guarantee
Here at Marshall Glass, we believe the quality of our products are the highest possible standards. Our 30-Day Money Back Quality Guarantee assures you that your products are of acceptable quality, that is:
- Safe, lasting, with no faults
- Looks acceptable
- Are functional for purpose
You, as a customer, have 30 days to claim a remedy from us if you are unhappy with the quality. You may claim a refund, repair or replacement (entirely or spare parts).
How to claim:
- Email us at [email protected] with a proof of payment which contains the date you ordered and your remedy request.
- Once approved, we will arrange a suitable time and day to fulfil your requested remedy (please allow 5-10 business days).
What does the 30-Day Quality Guarantee apply to:
- Claims within 30 days of purchase.
- An issue with the functionality of the product.
- Does not match the description of the product.
- The product has become faulty (not lasting quality).
What is excluded from the 30-Day Quality Guarantee:
- Claims outside of 30 days since purchase.
- Change of mind.
- Were made aware of faults before you bought the product.
- Asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of Marshall Glass.
- Products where the exterior of which has been damaged or defaced, which has been subjected to misuse, abnormal service or handling, or which has been altered or modified in design or construction.
- Scratches at the customers fault unless initially received with scratches. Please note exchanges for scratches must be claimed within 5 days of receiving the product.
